This is a scene out of the latest installment of the popular Call Of Duty franchise for Xbox 360. The quality of the youtube video doesn’t do it justice in terms of just how realistic the video is in HD — it gave me chills.

As if the first part wasn’t bad enough, the second half — where you experience the aftermath — really messed with my head. Watch the video the whole way through to see what I mean. (it isn’t full of gore or blood, don’t worry) You are still playing, moving/crawling, and looking around throughout the whole thing — it isn’t a cutscene. Pretty disturbing.

I never thought I’d find myself saying this, but honestly — was this really necessary?
